Nah too much trouble for no pay whatsoeverGo to support and report the false positives to norton?
I won’t even bother replying anymore. And there are literally 4-5 second opinion scanners. They are not 50.AHHHHHH. 3rd THREAD WITH THE SAME QUESTION!11![]()
Sorry, will be the last one.AHHHHHH. 3rd THREAD WITH THE SAME QUESTION!11![]()
Bro but what answers do you expect? There are just not any more options than those that were already shared with you.Sorry, will be the last one.
Too much trouble for no pay. Sounds like much is paid if it's too much trouble.Nah too much trouble for no pay whatsoever
Best way to describe this threadNah too much trouble for no pay whatsoever
Seriously, are you wanting something for free and complaining. Do you know how much time and effort and issues that product has been through for you to call it a waste of your time. Although you literally have to know what you are doing to use it properly just like any tool.
It has for ages, which is also what makes it a really decent scanner.Norton warns that this is aggressive tool that may produce false positives. And I discussed that on another thread as well.
Well, I'm not a malware hunter, just a security conscious power user so... But hey, whatever, I'm not going into details or drama.Too much trouble for no pay. Sounds like much is paid if it's too much trouble.

I know it's already been suggested another method and this did not sit well with you either, so my advice is to find another hobby.
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but don't you need to know how to use all these tools you keep asking about before you could consider yourself a poweruser?Well, I'm not a malware hunter, just a security conscious power user so... But hey, whatever, I'm not going into details or drama.
Well depends on your definition of power user I guess. I don't think there's a standard definition here. I've never worked in cybersec nor is it my hobby, I'm just security conscious.Correct me if I'm wrong here, but don't you need to know how to use all these tools you keep asking about before you could consider yourself a poweruser?Just saying.
If you have a homelab, program, and script it also means you know how to use a search function too? Most power users here learn on their own without having to ask the same questions repeatedly. I would state you need to place that kind of effort depending on how true, into learning your operating system you do all this on first. Then learning any of these tools becomes much easier.Well depends on your definition of power user I guess. I don't think there's a standard definition here. I do automate, script, program and have my own homelab tho so I consider myself a power user but ofc anyone is free to disagree with my status. No problem
