Sometimes the old stuff is so much better than anything new. This band is/was from Canada, the album was first released in 1990 and at the time it was only available on cassette. The full album was called Mean Season has since been remastered along with a self-titled EP from 1986, all on one CD. The bad news is there will only be 500 copies made. It will be released on the Melodic Rock Classics label on July 28th. Excellent AOR and real musicianship here.

Very good AOR here. This band sounds like a blend of Toto and Work of Art. Their sound is the closest to Work of Art than any other band I have heard since Work of Art broke up. This album will be released some time in August.

New single from Tempt. This is one of the best rock songs I have heard in the last year. There is a serious 80's era Def Leppard influence in the band. Album release date is August 25th.
