Personally I use Wise Care 365. I used to use CCleaner but I find Wise Care 365 to be a bit better than Ccleaner.

People that don't want Kerish to clean the registry I would recommend doing a custom scan instead. That way they can choose what Kerish will scan. In addition, after a scan is complete you can manually exclude specific objects if one feels they shouldn't be touch.Kerish does clean out the registry when doing a full scan , it does this via heuristics that are totally safe to use. Ccleaner also has a safe to use regcleaner , but after the spying debacle after avast's take over I do not recommend this program anymore

I do not have to believe it, over the years, cleaning registry helped me to solve quite a few problems. I even turn off PC with deep cleaning. The webpage says that, but do you believe it?
Defragmenting is perfectly safe, it is the same like defragmenting HDD, it merely removes free spaces and it might speed up startup a bit.I read somewhere that Windows Registry should not be cleaned or defragmented as it may lead to serious errors.
No matter how many hundreds or even thousands of errors a registry cleaner will find, at least 99% of the time, deleting these registry keys, will not speed up your computer, or fix any problems. To make matters worse, just about every registry cleaner ever written, has issues with false positives, which means they may want to delete some needed registry keys and understandably, doing so can cause problems. Even the registry cleaner in CCleaner, which is widely regarded as being safe, has minor issues with false positives, so it should be used with care. Are Registry Cleaners safe?
