1) Privacy Eraser by Cybertron (for me the best alternative to Ccleaner)
2) BleachBit
3) Windows build in tool (cleanmgr) from time to time
4) Always set my browser to clean/delete all browsing data + cookies on exit

Windows built-in
BleachBit
Wise Disk Cleaner - for 1 click cleaning of Edge with exclusions.

If BleachBit had an Edge cleaner I would use it, or if Edge had a cookie manager I would use it. I like BleachBit's secure overwrite ability. Don't forget, "Hillary uses it!"

Have a look at Storage Sense on Windows 10 - it's an improved version of Disk Clean-up.

I've been using the CCleaner Pro Suite for years. Other than the 2 major faux pas i.e. the compromised update and that switched-on-by-default option to collect user data that IMO messed with customer privacy I've had no issues using their products. I hope these guys tighten up with build machine security and stop trying to deploy sneaky methods to collect user data.

Wise Care 365 is fantastic so is the free version - Wise Disk Cleaner. I've abandoned CCleaner after so many controversial aspects over the past 2 years to do with privacy, telemetry & the malware issue.

Windows System Maintenance with the very occasional TRIM

Rare BleachBit for that deep clean and meadow-fresh feeling

Yes, it has got more 10-ish style, flat square icons and such. I always loved WiseCare's design, well not anymore.
