Wisecare here from many years ago.

I used to use Glary Utilities too, but now I don't trust this product too much after a bad experience.

However, Wisecare has always done its job well and it is very easy to get a giveaway from this product.

Without giving any thing personal away can you tell what the " bad experience" was

Well... If i did like like you, my systems would be at least 2 times bigger. No way i let that happen on my SSDs.



We are talking about junk cleaners, not just the registry.

I have yet to find a program that cleans up the AppData folder properly. Everything else, I just use Revo Uninstaller.

Find out Revo released a new version 4.0, using the portable on one Windows PC I have is nice

If BleachBit had an Edge cleaner I would use it, or if Edge had a cookie manager I would use it. I like BleachBit's secure overwrite ability. Don't forget, "Hillary uses it!"

I am using Wise Care, good software according to my humble opinion and no collateral effects, so far.

I've been using the CCleaner Pro Suite for years. Other than the 2 major faux pas i.e. the compromised update and that switched-on-by-default option to collect user data that IMO messed with customer privacy I've had no issues using their products. I hope these guys tighten up with build machine security and stop trying to deploy sneaky methods to collect user data.

Wise Care 365 is fantastic so is the free version - Wise Disk Cleaner. I've abandoned CCleaner after so many controversial aspects over the past 2 years to do with privacy, telemetry & the malware issue.
