I recommend Wise Disk Cleaner. It can safely clean a lot more junk than most other cleaning software and can be scheduled to run in the background periodically. It does not have a registry cleaner (unlike Wise Care 365), but this doesn't matter. Also, Kerish Doctor is safe to use and works well.

Personally I use Wise Care 365. I used to use CCleaner but I find Wise Care 365 to be a bit better than Ccleaner.

Wisecare 365 is surely better than Ccleaner.

I use 3 different apps. Wisecare 365 (Paid), Privazer (Donors), Privacy Eraser Pro (Paid). I won't use Ccleaner since Avast took them over. Every night Privacy Eraser runs on schedule. Once a week I hit them with 365. Once a month with Privazer.

Well... If i did like like you, my systems would be at least 2 times bigger. No way i let that happen on my SSDs.

None. They only break things from my experience. All of them. We get a new Windows build every 6 months and with each in-place upgrade, I get a new fresh registry. That's my "registry cleaner" lol
We are talking about junk cleaners, not just the registry.

Some people do not mind Windows like this, as long as they can still work, somehow.
