Yes and I don't recommend it. It's 9 years since version 3 of ASO was released and as of yet, there has never been a v4 released. Not only have there been no significant changes or improvements made since v3 was first released, there are other issues as well.
The included anti-malware software System Protector has major issues with false positives. The registry cleaner has minor issues with false positives. The driver updater, needs to be updated as it finds far fewer driver updates than Systweak's Advanced Driver Updater, although these days, I no longer recommend using it either, as there are much better alternatives.

If you want to clean up junk files, Wise Disk Cleaner will find a lot more junk. Wise Driver Care, DriverHub and DriverToolkit, to give a few examples, will usually find more driver updates. There is usually no need to clean the registry and of course there is plenty of reputable anti-malware software, which has much better detection rates and very few issues with false positives.

mine looks even worse than that.

for now, ive switched to Kerish Doctor 2018 :)
Very pleasantly surprised at Kerish!

it does sooooo much, huge & is constantly running without any hiccups or any performance hits.

I hadnt used it before & decided to try because of many MalwareTips recommendations - Big fan, i picked up a 2yr license.
