Still sticking to AdGuard servers here, and having no issues, I use them even when I have AirVPN connected
and smooth sailing here.
I used Adguard dns for a while. But some site detected adblocking. I disabled ublock origin and other adblock but still got detected.

I use my own Pi-Hole DNS-Server on a KVM with Aduard DNS.
Filters: (all of them)
The Big Blocklist Collection

A very, very good protection to block ads, malicious links and Windows 10 telemetry. My router use my DNS-Server. No ads on mobile phones yeey!

@edit: My server also blocks Opencandy so I doesn't need Unchecky!
