I have a laptop with 4GB RAM, Pentium Dual Core 2.43 GhZ, 750 GB HDD. Which (free) VM's do you recommend ? And sorry for OT, is Camtasia Studio good for recording ?
Thanks for replys.

Open MalwareTips from your Home Screen or desktop. Follow discussions, find answers and pick up where you left off.
If you cannot find an install option, update your browser or use its bookmark option to keep MalwareTips close.
After installation, open the app and sign in. Enable push notifications in Preferences if you want alerts. On iPhone and iPad, push requires a Home Screen web app and iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later.
Sign in to manage notificationsInstallation is optional. Your notification settings stay under your control.
Virtual Box has a built-in video recorder
Never knew that, thank you!
EDIT: Tried it, and it's not bad at all. Note that you must set the screen resolution of the VM to be the same as what you chose for the resolution of the video capture, otherwise not all the screen will be visible in the recording.
Yes VirtualBox has video recorder but has terrible quality. For recording Camtasia Studio is the best.
Does anything that i ran from VM affects my real OS (malware) ?
I use VMWare Workstation here.
When its lagging you might defragmet your harddrive, turn off your AV or defragment the VIRTUAL Harddrive of the VM.
Windows 7 is running good on my end.
