Ok, This is weird. I just restarted my laptop. 15 minutes ago there were still pop ups. but now they are gone.
On the initial scan which I posted, was my laptop compromised sir ? Since I do a lot of banking on it and I try not to browse a lot on it.

Ok, I will retract my previous comment. On this laptop the pop up still appears when I just restarted a moment ago

So, now it is only on laptop? Can you empty the cache on your browsers?

Yes, this is a router infection, since a lot of people reported this issue on multiple devices on their home network.

Yes its only on the laptop now, while other devices seems normal for now. Will this spread to my other devices ?

I am not sure if its related or not, since I am not a tech savvy person, on Microsoft edge, its not giving me any pop-ups.

But chrome still does. Should I uninstall chrome ? or it doesn't really matter since the source is from the router ?
I usually go to xe.com, which usually has the most pop ups no matter where I clicked.

I don't have any more pop ups on Microsoft Edge, but did on Chrome which I have uninstalled.
I assume by you mentioning its a router infection, this laptop by its initial reports looks ok ?
If so I thank you very much Sir.I am flying off tomorrow, I will check it again using the hotel's router

I appreciate your kind help, and if I could, get a link on how to contribute to this community by donating ?

Yes, your laptop is clean. I will mark this as solved then. You can donate to the link below, I will post it now. Thank you :)

Since there are no more problems, we can declare this PC clean

Now, we can proceed with post-cleanup procedures. Let's remove my tools and create a new, non infected restore point concurrently deleting old ones.

Step 1. - Creation of system restore point and tools removal.

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the
    51a5ce45263de-delfix.png
icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
  • All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt). I don't need it for review.
Tool deletes old system restore points and creates a fresh system restore point after cleaning.

Step 2. - Tips and tricks to keep your computer clean, safe and in a good shape.

Security tips - highly recommended reading:

Maintenance tips:

Additional software that I personally use and install on all my clients devices:

  • Zemana AntiMalware (paid version highly recommended) - to work as a supplement for your antivirus but with excellent remediation and protection
  • Zemana AntiLogger - keep everything you type on keyboard out of sight of bad guys trying to steal your credantials
  • Malwarebytes' Anti-Exploit - to prevent plenty of mostly exploited vulnerabilities.
  • McShield - to prevent infections spread by removable media.
  • Unchecky - to prevent from installing additional foistware, implemented in legitimate installations.
  • uBlock - to surf the web without annoying ads!
  • Qualys BrowserCheck - cloud service that scans your browsers and plugins to see if they’re all up-to-date.

This laptop.

Pardon me, I was going to type that on the previous comment, but since you declared its clean, I will follow the tools removal procedures that you provided.

I am keep typing to quickly and cant find the edit post button. :)

Conclusion is if router/modem is compromised, its quicker to get a new one :)
