Advice Request YogaDNS installs a NDIS network filter driver to snoop traffic. Restore NDIS Capture?

Based on this site findings, YogaDNS is categorized as "suspicious". Since many of the terms mentioned there is beyond my understanding I invite MT buddies opinion

Expected behaviour. YogaDNS needs to be able to monitor network traffic so it can intercept your system's DNS requests.

Suspicious? This "snooping" is by design and it is a must for the software to do its job.
