Burn Jaro, usually written BurnJaro, was sold in 2025 as a natural fat-burning capsule with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Its order buttons led to a different brand, SlimJaro.
Buyers now look for a customer service number to get refunds. Here are the seller’s published contacts, its refund rules and the next steps if those rules block you.

Overview
What Burn Jaro is
BurnJaro was marketed as a 100% natural weight-loss supplement taken as two capsules a day. Its sales page carried the title BurnJaro USA OFFICIAL, SlimJaro Capsules.
Every order button on that page sent buyers to SlimJaro’s order page with an affiliate code. The BurnJaro domain later lapsed and now hosts an unrelated gambling site.
Is Burn Jaro the same as Mounjaro?
No. Mounjaro is Eli Lilly’s prescription tirzepatide injection for type 2 diabetes. BurnJaro is a capsule supplement, and its sales pages list no tirzepatide and no link to Lilly.
Is Burn Jaro a scam?
It’s a real product sold with misleading promises. Buyers received bottles, but the guarantee, dosing and support they describe don’t match the BurnJaro page. The key points:
- The BurnJaro page promised 90 days to ask for a refund, while SlimJaro’s pages say 60 days.
- Full refunds require returning every bottle, including empty and free ones, at your own cost.
- SlimJaro’s ingredient chart lists skin and joint-cream items such as shea butter and arnica oil.
- All 21 English-language Trustpilot reviews for the BurnJaro site give one star.
- The seller names no company, only a Florida P.O. box for returns.
Burn Jaro Customer Service Phone Number and Email
There’s no live BurnJaro website, so there’s no BurnJaro-branded support line. Orders went to SlimJaro, and its Contact Us page lists one email address and one US phone number.

The email SlimJaro lists is support@slimjaro.com, and the phone number it lists is +1 (727) 761-8803, a Florida area code.
The page promises a live agent within minutes by phone and email replies within 24 hours. Trustpilot reviewers describe long waits, unanswered emails and staff who couldn’t find orders.
Three Trustpilot reviewers mention other support numbers, one listed on PayPal. None appears on SlimJaro’s pages or the archived BurnJaro page, so check your own receipt first.
If a payment platform charged you, it has its own support. One buyer names Cartpanda on a 2025 BurnJaro order.
Cartpanda lists support@cartpanda.com and +1-866-637-2482. It finds orders by checkout email at orders.cartpanda.com.
SlimJaro’s order page names BuyGoods, a Delaware company, as the retailer. Its checkout buttons already led to BuyGoods in September 2025, the month of the archived BurnJaro page.
BuyGoods offers an order lookup by order ID, email or phone number at lookup.buygoods.com.
Whoever you contact, put the order ID, order date, amount and checkout email in the first message. Ask for a refund under the guarantee shown when you paid.
Who Is Behind BurnJaro?
No company puts its name on BurnJaro. The trail runs through an affiliate page, a second brand and two payment platforms.
The BurnJaro page was an affiliate funnel
The archived BurnJaro page from September 2025 sent every Order Now and Rush My Order button to SlimJaro with an affiliate ID. Its FAQ heading even read Slimjaro.
The page names no company, address or phone number. Its only contact instruction is to reach out to the customer service team.
SlimJaro takes the orders
SlimJaro’s site was registered in November 2024. It sells the same kind of capsule in 1, 3 and 6-bottle packages and calls the 6-bottle option the best value.
Its footer names BuyGoods as the retailer and says that role isn’t an endorsement of the product. One buyer says a 2025 order came from SlimFlora through Cartpanda.
Borrowed policies and a Florida P.O. box
SlimJaro’s return policy gives the return address as P.O. Box 90129, Lakeland, FL 33804. The same page tells buyers to email support@myquickrelief.com, another site’s address.
The policy also covers products purchased on myquickrelief.com and lists books, CDs and gift cards. It appears to be copied from another store’s template.
It also says only regular-priced items may be refunded and sale items can’t be. Every package on SlimJaro’s order page is shown as a discount.
The BurnJaro domains are gone
The domain burnjaaro.com, the address Trustpilot lists for BurnJaro, lapsed and was registered again in August 2026. It now shows an unrelated Indonesian-language gambling page.
A second spelling, burnjaro.com, was registered in December 2024 and shows a parked Hostinger page. Neither address leads to a seller, so treat any new BurnJaro site with caution.
How the BurnJaro Sales Funnel Worked
The path from ad to checkout used three different names. Each step made the product look more official than it was.
Step 1: Weight-loss ads borrowed familiar names
Buyers describe long video ads with celebrity endorsements. One reviewer says the ads used deepfakes of celebrities and doctors and claimed a Harvard feature or a pink salt trick.
SlimJaro’s own terms say it uses or may use actors and voice actors to present its products.
Our report on the BurnJaro and SlimJaro pink salt trick ads covers those videos and the claims they make.
Step 2: An official-looking page sent buyers to SlimJaro
The BurnJaro page called itself official and urged visitors to secure a discounted bottle while stocks last. Clicking any order button opened SlimJaro’s order page instead.
Step 3: Bundle pricing pushed six bottles
The BurnJaro page listed a regular price of $179 per bottle against an offer price of $68. It claimed 96% of customers ordered six bottles.
SlimJaro’s page now charges $69 for one bottle, $177 for three and $294 for six. Each package shows a crossed-out total, such as $1,074 for six bottles.
The page claims five stars from 19,651 reviews, the same count shown in September 2025. Its three short testimonials each carry a first name, initial and US state.
Step 4: A 90-day promise became 60 days

The BurnJaro page promised a hassle-free refund within 90 days, even for an empty bottle. SlimJaro’s order page, where the buttons led, showed 60 days in July and September 2025.
One UK buyer was told the 60-day window had passed after following support’s advice to keep taking the capsules. The buyer then found a 90-day promise in early emails.
A later request under that 90-day promise was refused as well. Written promises in your inbox are worth saving for that reason.
Step 5: Partial refunds replaced the full guarantee
Five reviewers say support offered partial refunds of 30%, 50% or 75% instead of full ones. One says a written 75% offer was later cut to 30% or a return.
Another reviewer says the bottle held 30 capsules, yet the BurnJaro page said to take two a day. SlimJaro’s own images show a 60-capsule bottle sold as 30 days.
One more reviewer says sales reps called after the order and sold extra supplements. When that buyer asked for a refund, support said the guarantee had expired the day before.
What the SlimJaro Ingredient Chart Lists
SlimJaro’s chart of what it says is in every capsule shows MSM, arnica oil, ganoderma, Indian frankincense, aloe vera, Epsom salt, shea butter and ginger root.
The same chart was on SlimJaro’s order page in September 2025, when the BurnJaro page was sending buyers there.
The descriptions read like a skin or joint cream. Shea butter moisturizes dry or damaged skin, aloe vera soothes skin irritation and arnica oil “relieves muscle soreness and reduces bruising.”
None of the listed items is pink Himalayan salt, despite the pink salt trick ads tied to the brand. One buyer makes the same complaint about the capsules received.
Arnica is the main concern. Cleveland Clinic calls it poisonous by mouth and cites the FDA as saying it’s not safe to consume in its pure form.
The chart doesn’t say how much arnica each capsule holds. If you have a bottle, stop taking it, keep any prescribed treatment and show the label to a pharmacist.
Call 911 for chest pain, fainting, trouble breathing or sudden weakness. For vomiting or other worries after taking it, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
SlimJaro has other sales pages too. Our SlimJaro supplement report covers its ads and warning signs.
BurnJaro Is Not Mounjaro or Tirzepatide
Eli Lilly and Company makes Mounjaro. The FDA’s trial snapshot describes a once-weekly injection under the skin that improves blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
It’s a prescription drug, approved after nine clinical trials with 7,769 patients. A supplement can’t legally contain it, and BurnJaro’s pages don’t claim to.
Names like BurnJaro, SlimJaro and GelaJaro echo Mounjaro without naming it. Our report on Mounja gummies shows the same kind of name borrowing.
Supplements also aren’t FDA-approved. The FDA says it doesn’t have the authority to approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they’re sold.
If you want a prescription weight-loss medicine, a licensed clinician can tell you whether one suits you. A look-alike capsule bought online skips that medical review entirely.
Burn Gummy and GelaJaro: Look-Alike Names
Searches for burn gummy geelajaro mix two other products. No domain with that spelling is registered in .com, .net or .org, and the closest product name is GelaJaro.
GelaJaro is sold through two sites registered in June 2026. Both use the same affiliate tracking link for their order buttons.
That link leads to SodaSlim’s order page, which also names BuyGoods as the retailer. Our SodaSlim report covers that product’s bundles and refund rules.
SodaSlim’s basic offer is two bottles for $158 plus $9.99 shipping, with a 60-day guarantee.

The GelaJaro page shows a Gelajaro gummy jar marked Old Version next to a SodaSlim bottle marked New Version. It also displays an FDA Approved badge.
No supplement can truthfully carry that badge. The page’s footer adds that the site may be paid a fee when visitors buy from a merchant.
Burn Gummy is a separate gummy supplement with its own sites and a 60-day guarantee. Nothing on those pages mentions BurnJaro or GelaJaro.
Its main site lists chromium picolinate, berberine and cinnamon bark as its key ingredients and sells 30 gummies per bottle.
Our Burn Gummy report covers that product’s ads separately.
What BurnJaro Buyers Report
Trustpilot lists BurnJaro under burnjaaro.com with a TrustScore of 1.6 from 22 reviews. All 21 English-language reviews give one star.
The most common complaints are refunds refused after 60 days, partial-refund offers and unanswered emails. Two describe staff pushing more supplements, and one says a June 2025 order never arrived.
SlimJaro’s shipping policy allows cancellation within 24 hours. Yet one buyer who asked to cancel within four hours of ordering was told the order had already shipped.
That buyer, aged 78, says a doctor advised against the product. By February 2026, the July order still wasn’t refunded, but an unordered $232 package was.
A buyer who sent the bottles back within five days of a late June 2025 order says the $310.90 charge was only returned in September 2025, after a card dispute.
Another reviewer says the sales video promised three free bottles with a six-bottle order, but only six arrived. The bottle label also said one capsule a day, not two.
What to Do If You Bought BurnJaro in 2025
- Stop taking it.
Keep any prescribed treatment and show the bottle and label to a pharmacist or doctor before taking anything new.
- Find who charged you.
Check your statement for SlimJaro, BuyGoods, Cartpanda or PayPal. Look up your order ID at lookup.buygoods.com or orders.cartpanda.com.
- Email support in writing.
Send your order ID to support@slimjaro.com and ask for the refund the BurnJaro page promised. Save every reply and any partial offer.
- Get a return authorization first.
Ask support to confirm the return address and an RMA number. Send every bottle, including empty and free ones, with tracking.
- Escalate to the payment platform.
If the seller stalls, contact the company on your statement. Cartpanda says it handles refund requests for its checkouts.
- Ask your card issuer.
Card disputes are often limited to about 120 days, so every 2025 order is past that point. Ask anyway and cite any written refund promise.
- Don’t count on PayPal.
PayPal disputes must be opened within 180 days of payment, so that option has closed for orders paid in 2025.
- Report the seller.
US buyers can report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to their state attorney general. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money for a fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still get a refund for a 2025 BurnJaro order?
Not under the 60-day policy or the 90-day promise, which have both run out. Ask in writing anyway. UK credit card buyers can also ask their provider about Section 75.
How do I return BurnJaro bottles?
Only with an RMA number from support. The RMA must be in the package, the parcel must ship within 14 days of receiving that number, and you pay postage.
Is BurnJaro sold on Amazon or Walmart?
Walmart’s search returns no BurnJaro listing. The BurnJaro page said it was sold only through its official website, and that site is gone.
Are BurnJaro and SlimJaro the same product?
The BurnJaro page sold SlimJaro under another name and sent every order to SlimJaro’s checkout. No current page shows whether the bottles carried a BurnJaro label.
Can I cancel a BurnJaro order?
Only within 24 hours, under SlimJaro’s shipping policy. After that, you must refuse the package or return it, and a refused parcel’s shipping fee is deducted from any refund.
Does BurnJaro work like a GLP-1 drug?
No. SlimJaro’s chart lists herbs, salts and oils, not a GLP-1 drug. GLP-1 medicines need a prescription and come from a licensed pharmacy.
The Bottom Line
Don’t buy Burn Jaro or SlimJaro, the brand its buttons led to, or trust GelaJaro pages. BurnJaro promised 90 days, the checkout said 60, and SlimJaro’s chart lists arnica.
If you already ordered, stop taking the capsules and email support@slimjaro.com with your order ID. Keep every reply, then ask the company that charged you and your card issuer.
