Would be nicer if they used Adguard lists while using any DNS you like as I'm certain DNS eu , quad9 have better feeds of malicious sites
But they lack AdBlocking and ads are a popular place to find malware
So if you had both AdBlocking and an ability to use a different DNS in the router itself it would have been awesome
 
Anyone using this still on Asus? I only use the AIProtection.

Have not really experimented on this adguard feature if it really works or not in the Asus gateway.
