As you know, I'm organizing a huge comparison of free and paid antivirus software this month.
So here's the topic.

You can suggest any free and paid antivirus software you'd like to see. I'll select 6 free and 6 paid antivirus for the videos.
For the final, the best free antivirus will face the best paid.

Great initiative! For free antivirus, I recommend Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Avira, and Sophos. For paid options, consider Norton, McAfee, Webroot, ESET, Trend Micro, and F-Secure.

please have a look at panda free and webroot . both rated quite highly by av.lab whose testing is well regarded here.

It may be better to compare the most used anti-virus software as it probably will amplify the interest for your tests.
More users =more interest??

Paid: FSecure, Eset, Malwarebytes, Norton, Emsisoft, Kaspersky

I did not include the free and paid versions for any AV as for the most part the protection is similar with the paid versions only adding bloatware such as VPN etc.

Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Norton v24, ESET, McAfee, F-Secure. It would also be interesting to throw Avast into the ring to see how it compares to the new Norton.

Quite the United Nations General Assembly you have there. They will all probably perform better than Webroot nonetheless.

Other than Kaspersky, they will fail miserably. While Webroot can't compete with other big name antiviruses, it provides reasonable protection. On the other hand most little known antiviruses provide absolutely terrible protection.

Lehet, hogy jobb összehasonlítani a leggyakrabban használt víruskereső szoftvereket, mivel valószínűleg felerősíti a tesztek iránti érdeklődést.
Több felhasználó = nagyobb érdeklődés??

Nem vettem fel az ingyenes és fizetős verziókat egyetlen AV-hez sem, mivel a védelem nagyrészt hasonló, a fizetős verziók csak bloatware-t adnak hozzá, például VPN-t stb.
