Brave added Content Filtering to Shields to add custom block lists. I guess I was late to the party on this one. :rolleyes:

Also, you might want a look at updated flag recommendations at Brave Browser Hardening by CHEF-KOCH. Things are looking better on the privacy/security front for Brave.
