Hug to you too my friend. There is no way to increase the limit, the policy information is stored in a JSON file encrypted and can’t be modified.

Why you wanna increase Jason’s size? 15 MB is generally enough for emulation to inspect a lot of stuff. In future this size may increase. For more, it’s better to get Harmony Endpoint.
