the reader will see "low detection rates" and will stay away

Also if you install CIS with default setting, the installer is set to "not shows alerts" , and the HIPS is disabled.

good question. it's 46 infection a day and some people says that reviewers testing malware 20 or more is exaggerated

It is either exaggerated or there is a lot of false positives. You do really think a 7 year old is going to accidentally stumble on that many infections?
She was having much better luck then malware hunters..
