I thought I had already posted this, but apparently not:
Your RAM performance is low for your config.

One of two things could be the issue.
1. You running 1 stick of 16GB RAM in single channel mode which is not ideal. It should be 8GBX2 in dual channel mode.
2. If you do have 8GBx2 RAM in dual channel mode then you are not running them in XMP profile in the BIOS.

14175MB/s looks like single channel RAM performance. It should be at least twice that number with dual channel mode.

Thank you for the feedback! I do have 2 sticks of 8 GB RAM. So, could you please explain how to change the settings in the BIOS to XMP profile?

BTW--my RAM is from Lenovo and it states that it is DDR4 SDRAM and the Memory Speed: 2933 MHz

Please download, install and run CPU-Z and take screenshots of the following two tabs, Memory and SPD.

You can PM me the info as well so we don't derail this thread or go off topic.

@Cleo I thought the 12490F was only released in China. Did you buy it locally?
I bought it on jd.com - 12 days shipping to Sydney. (iirc ~AUD350 incl shipping). I found it there by accident as I was shopping on JD for a ASUS Demon Slayer:Nezuko motherboard and the 490F popped up so I ordered one out of curiosity.
