After being their user since 2019, they told me this:

I don't think ExpressVPN is a joke or anything, but they do have an operating system.

They were bought by Kaps Technologies not long ago (just like its friend CyberGhost), but the CEO of ExpessVPN had some spying responsibilities...
I don't trust him for that...

By joke I meant to convey that I did nothing wrong and they do not have anything to show me as a proof that I did violate their TOS.
