After being their user since 2019, they told me this:
I appreciate your patience. I can confirm that the email is from us and that we will be closing your ExpressVPN account. We will be issuing you a refund on our service within seven days.
In order to protect our services from being misused and to ensure the best service possible to all of our subscribers, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures when our services are being used contrary to our terms of service.
