It's a high priority for me. So I bought new EV cert, but stuck for now in the MS Partner center when creating account for driver signing.

BTW, if anyone recently created an MS Partner acc and successfully signed a driver, then please help me to proceed the registration!

I hope someone can help you with that request. Any MT member willing to do this?

There is a popup to allow/block a new program only, not connections.

do you plan to implement this at least by new app and by new port for that app?
so when a rule is created will be limited to specific ports and new ports will generate new popups

Yes, an "Ask to connect" filter mode. After "Rules" implementation.
