It's a great set and forget option.

I usually run it on default + two other categories and on websites which are really loaded with adds I use the block all. So it has OFF-MEDIUM-HIGH same as Brave. When it facilitates user rules, I will probably switch from AdGuard to Ghostery on my Windows11 laptop with Chrome.
