Same for me as Firefox user, it's always some versions behind Chromium-based browsers...
Just my speculation, that might be for the reason that Firefox does still support MV2 browser addons,
or more likely Mozilla (AMO) doesn't allow for some reason latest Ghostery updates

@Acadia @silversurfer My guess is that the issue is Firefox's implementation of MV3, according to various reports. FF users may be better off with MV2 extensions, at least for now.

Or it could be Firefox's slightly longer extension review process.

fyi ghostery in my linux firefox has version 10.4.3 and says it was updated 26 Sep aka today.

Apologies for this, Ghostery is pending review with Mozilla, we're stuck at v10.4.3 on Firefox. Other browsers are at v10.4.7 or v10.4.8.
