Troubleshoot Having issue with Ruckus 510 AP and ICX-7150

Anyone has issues that the AP tends to lose configuration if there is a power blip? I have them hooked up to a UPS but last night we had some storms, and we have two quick power interrupts that were quite rapid, and now my AP lost all configuration again! The network comes up with it's name as if nothing is wrong, but then there is no internet connectivity, followed by another AP appearing saying Technical-Support-#####. In Commscope speak, this means that the AP are not provisioned. The AP's are running in POE mode.
It's on a UPS but what else should I do? It takes 30 minutes to reprovision an ICX, and it's happening every few months. Yes I contacted Commscope but I am outside their TechSupport window (my 3 years are up).

As a side note, what would be a more robust solution? I need 4 AP's to cover my house.
