Serious Discussion Microsoft Edge Stable (Chromium) Now Available for Download

I don't like using 3rd party apps unless absolutely necessary because they might break stuff in future and they give that ugly button called "Your browser is managed by your organization".
I already have those options disable for a long time but for me that only stops those options from showing on the Edge toolbar but not on the 3 dots menu.

I am sorry I don't remember the exact location of these settings, but I am sure I never used a 3rd party app for this. I have disabled everything I can from inside the browser even the sidebar/bing bar/copilot. Try searching inside settings menu and turn off everything you don't want.

Edit: added more info

I disable all the sidebar and copilot stuff since that got added to Edge but that doesnt remove Games, Collections, Performance and Application options on the 3 dot menu

It's not a default enabled setting, and I haven't enabled it either.
It is a useful feature; clears cache and cookies, including tracking cookies; just ad exclusion for websites you are not willing to re-log in again.
It was provided by Edge a long time before Chrome follows its footsteps.

So i got the new update for edge and the settings GUI was different now it seems to have re-verted me back to the old GUI of the settings menu what is going on? EDIT: I just restarted my laptop and it went back to the new GUI again this is crazy.

There must be some leftover code from the initial A/B testing that they haven't removed. I remember this happening in the Canary builds back when they first started testing. What can you say? It's MS.

Today I have killed MS Edge (and enjoyed it) & done all I can to prevent resurrection, I've had enough of it, I've installed Brave along with Wolf that I already had - Edge with it mad new tab page that asked what cookies I want etc has gone, hopefully for good :):)
Why to kill "poor" Edge! Just leave it staying silent in the dark corner, and install Brave.
