I was using as my primary browser in 2000s, instead of internet explorer.
However, my boss did not like Opera 😂

I used to use Opera as my main browser because I never liked Google Chrome, and for me it was the only real competitor until it was blocked in the region because it had a VPN service. But I recently noticed that it is no longer blocked. I don't know why, but the problem now is that its extension library is not as extensive as Chrome and Firefox.

As far as I know, the owner is now Chinese, but the development and headquarters are still in Norway.

It's blocked, but sometimes the "block-man" forgets to turn on the blocker.
I can reach the website occasionally.

I used to like Opera because of the Built-in VPN. After purchasing a Full VPN, I ditched Opera and FF. Now I'm mostly on Edge and Brave.

How is the Opera Adblocker compare to Brave?

Did not try Opera for a while, but I may rank its adblocker as no. 3 after Brave and Vivaldi.

I got AGH in my Asus router and pairing it with Brave Shield seems to lower my RAM usage by a mile.
