Sounds awfully alot like an disinformation campaign.
In general, depends always how trustworthy is certain user account on twitter?
people shouldn't believe all stuff "claimed" on any social media...
The tweet got everyone's attention. We'll see soon whether it's real or fake. If nothing comes out within a day or two, then it's likely to be fake.

As far as I'm concerned, any anonymous source on the Internet is worthy as much trust as me saying I'm not an ali... errr.. whatever.
This applies not only to Kaspersky but any other conspiracy out there... unfortunately, we're living in an age where many people accept the "It's true because... trust me" source of information. If it's true release the code and let it be audited by competent people.
