Advice Request Problem with Shadow Defender

Hello everyone!! I have a problem: I v 1.2.0.346 Shadow Defender installed and when I click "enter shadow mode" the message "please wait" appears and does nothing else. It gets stuck and I have to restart the pc.

I have Windows 7. Before, I had Windows Vista and it worked perfectly . Thanks. (Sorry my bad english).
