IIRC no one mentioned that F-Secure has an online scanner. Very fast.

So does ESET. I would like to see that tested too.

I'm very curious if the result would be different using the Sophos/Hitmanpro Early Warning Scoring option during scan.

It may have been buried in this thread somewhere, but I'm to lazy to look. My question is, if I'm using Kaspersky Plus, does running the KVRT occasionally make any sense? Is it going to find something Plus didn't find, so then also use a different second-opinion scanner?

Won’t find anything else. It’s the same Kaspersky engine.
