I think if you use the Norton Toolbar in Norton Security then No.Is there a point of using Norton ConnectSafe when I have Norton Security installed?

You can afford to lose MBAM on your gaming PC if you're noticing any resources being unnecessarily used by it.
@Alkajak I only have Kaspersky Free Anti-Virus running in real-time:
You are using Norton Security. If you are using Norton Toolbar that comes with Norton Security then you dont need Norton DNS.Update 20/02/2016:
Added: Norton ConnectSafe (Norton Secure DNS)
Ok.@yesnoo Using a different DNS is a good idea because it can't be hijacked, it's faster and more secure (extra peace of mind).
Removed Norton ConnectSafe it's so unreliable.
then it is not unreliable.@Inkurax When I use it, sometimes for around five minutes pages wont load and when I change back my DNS it works fine.
Those fond memories, an Avast! fanboy to a normal member of MalwareTips! You've come a long way since being the Avast guy.
If i recall correctly, you cant just uninstall the launcher on its own. Not sure, perhaps some Avira users can shed some light.
thanks however it became redundant already. OP is using Symantec.Yep! You can uninstall it, or better yet... do custom offline install and opt out of the launcher.
Only for the next 48 hours.OP is using Symantec.
@Tornado recommended to do some research for the product you use before using, i.e reviewing forums for known issues, work around etc.@Inkurax What do you mean?
