Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise Editions only.
OP uses Windows 10 Pro

Windows Sandbox - Windows Sandbox - Windows security

There is also this for visiting websites, but may not be suitable for home users.
Windows Defender Application Guard for Chrome - Application Guard Extension
Windows Defender Application Guard Extension protects your device from advanced attacks by redirecting untrusted websites to an isolated version of the Microsoft Edge browser. If an untrusted website turns out to be malicious, it remains within Application Guard's secure container, keeping your device protected.

windows sandbox is good? or can programs escape from running into?

Windows Sandbox is safe but not very usable. It loads by default with un-configured Edge browser and very basic Windows features, and deletes contents on exit. Not a usable option for much of anything except play time. Or maybe wasting time ...

Edit: It can be configured to some extent but IDK how well it works even if you do.

I start to think the only free option is quihoo sandbox... Is a decent sandbox?
No...as a standalone app for free you can have Sandboxie from Sophos and his clones that are currently developed by some users as open source projects. For free you can use Shade Sandbox and ReHips (full version is paid) also. But if you interrested rather virtualisation and isolation instead restrictions and additional anti-exe/HIPS/BB features you could consider buing of Shadow Defender.
