We cannot advice if we don't know what do you need it for.
Are there some incompatibility?I would say Sandboxie might be the most obvious choice.

Windows Defender Application Guard Extension protects your device from advanced attacks by redirecting untrusted websites to an isolated version of the Microsoft Edge browser. If an untrusted website turns out to be malicious, it remains within Application Guard's secure container, keeping your device protected.
I found it a bit buggy and heavyCOMODO, 360 TS , Shade. I have tried all three. Everything is safe. But simpler and easier to use is Shade and 360 TS
windows sandbox is good? or can programs escape from running into?
No...as a standalone app for free you can have Sandboxie from Sophos and his clones that are currently developed by some users as open source projects. For free you can use Shade Sandbox and ReHips (full version is paid) also. But if you interrested rather virtualisation and isolation instead restrictions and additional anti-exe/HIPS/BB features you could consider buing of Shadow Defender.I start to think the only free option is quihoo sandbox... Is a decent sandbox?
