Yes, it is recommended to run a antivirus alongside the firewall, the premium virus protection just adds an extra layer of protection to help the antivirus

It's installed to C:\Program Files even on a 64-bit system.
Web filter can't block malicious exe files, only html pages are blocked.
The uninstaller doesn't do anything.

Well the real time protection should block the exe

The uninstaller just doesnt delete the installer folder, but it deletes all the keys.

Sorry but it sounds like a joke. If it doesn't delete the installation folder, It's not a real uninstaller...

It should be installed in C:\Program Files (x86) unless it's a 64-bit app.

I think that is no problem if it is blocked by the real time protection

It's a problem, that's one of the purposes of web filters...
