Solved Apps do not launch from start menu and Windows search do not work

When I try to launch an App from the star menu, there is no response when I click on it.

Also the Windows search prompt don't work:

Are you able to open "Store"?
If you are able to open it, try updating the apps...

Thanks for your help.
Sorry for the delay, I took some holidays
First time I used Windows repair without success...
Then I have spoken about this issue with a friend who have more computer skills then me and he advised me to uninstall Avast Internet Security and then retry.
So I did and after uninstalling Avast, I run again Windows repair and my problem with the Apps and Windows search was solved
I have definitely replaced Avast Internet Securityby Kaspersky Internet Security

Thanks, no all issues has not been solved, only one "old" remaining, Windows Update KB3213986 continues to failNeed Help - Windows Update (KB3213986) fails
And I have a new issue with Windows Defender
