Probably it is a cosmetic rule, there is no cosmetic filtering on DNS level.
ohhhhh. Good call! I hadn't thought about that.

No I mean for @SecureKongo to look what's blocked with the AdGuard base filter. How would I go about doing that? I've wondering about that ability for a while now.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I still get the popup with these added.

Try these rules, working for me. @n8chavez
I take it back it's only being blocked with the AdGuard Base list with the AdGuard extension. Enabling AdGuard base list in uBlock doesn't block it.Can you see what rule is used?
next dns using only oisd and notracking, didn't see any popup, no adblock extension either

Can you try AdGuard Base filter + EasyList (Optimized)?
Optimized (less filter rules) and made for uBlock Origin
check your ip linked on nextdns

AdGuard DNS blocks it too. So it can be blocked on DNS level.
I am also using AdGuard DNS filter list in my AdGuard Home and still getting the popup. But ubo picker worked for me.Well what the fork! I'm using AdGuard DNS on NextDNS. Why am I still seeing the popup?
I am confused as hell right now. Disabling Adguard DNS in my Adguard VPN browser extension on Edge makes the popup appear. After enabling AdGuard DNS again it's being blocked. I will just wait for someone else to find a solution for you as all my solutions are only helping in my browser as it seems...Well what the fork! I'm using AdGuard DNS on NextDNS. You could try AdGuard Annoyances filter (Optimized), probably overkill, but it could help.Unfortunately, I still get the popup using this list. Thank you though.
