Probably it is a cosmetic rule, there is no cosmetic filtering on DNS level.

I take it back it's only being blocked with the AdGuard Base list with the AdGuard extension. Enabling AdGuard base list in uBlock doesn't block it.

See, that's odd. I have those filters in NextDNS too but I still see the popup.

I am also using AdGuard DNS filter list in my AdGuard Home and still getting the popup. But ubo picker worked for me.

I am confused as hell right now. Disabling Adguard DNS in my Adguard VPN browser extension on Edge makes the popup appear. After enabling AdGuard DNS again it's being blocked. I will just wait for someone else to find a solution for you as all my solutions are only helping in my browser as it seems...

You could try AdGuard Annoyances filter (Optimized), probably overkill, but it could help.
