DefenderUI and DefenderUI Pro 1.30
Is this already added?Yeah, if it is possible we will add it soon.
It's not surprising really. While NPE is a great tool for cleaning malware, it does have issues with false positives and you really should always choose carefully what you let it delete, so nothing you actually use gets removed.NPE False Positive

which version DefenderUI. I have 1.30 on a few win10_vm that I have scanned with NPE and for me so far, it has not flagged DUI. But I'm in linux today so have not specifically tested...Agreed, just letting people know it's detecting it![]()

website "officially" offering 1.30 -- I did have 1.32_pro beta on a win10_vm but its WDAC gave me an issue or user error, so went back to standard DUI 1.30.Version 1.32 I'm in between configs so not installed this minute but yeah, version 1.32 when installed but the installer not detected.
Presumably for silent installation as Pro is geared towards Enterprise users and the installer can silently install in the background on the endpoint PC.Guys, anybody know something about DefenderUISilent 1.33?
What the different with DefenderUI or DefenderUIPro?
Probably either the Kernel Lockdown or the WDAC lockdown was disabled. Why is DUI Pro showing a red icon in tray but not any warnings or such within the program?
Yes, exactly, thank you!Presumably for silent installation as Pro is geared towards Enterprise users and the installer can silently install in the background on the endpoint PC.
Pro adds some of the features from CyberLock/VoodooShield. There are some screenshots on the DefenderUI Website that shows what additional features are included. I have CyberLock so I just use the free DefenderUI. The Pro version is currently free but will be a paid for product a little bit cheaper than CyberLock at some point in the future.
Yes, that is the goal@danb Is it possible to bring all components from Windows Security menu so that I don't need to have a tray icon running for both DefenderuI and Windows Security separately.
