why "Main" uncheck and not available to click "Main" (check the box) ?Set Filter mode to 'Allow, ...'.
Fort does not pause a connection, but allows or blocks per Filter mode and then alerts with popup. So allowed app will have access immediately.

How to block Windows services with Fort Firewall ?It's up to you, which programs to allow or block.
I'm blocking all Windows services and programs, except:
- `DNSCache` service (with "Block Internet", because it works via router and LAN is not filtered)
- `System` (with "Block Internet")
- `BITS`, `DOSvc`, `WuauServ` services for Windows Update, when needed (grouped into App Group)
Yes, it should work fine. Will a PC connected to the box via ethernet be able to access the Internet without any problem if Fort Firewall is installed on my PC?
