From time to time I hear a strange noise coming from my PC. I’m not sure what causes it, but it might be a faulty fan. Restarting the PC always fixes it. If someone know what it is please leave a message here thx.

The one's that will make noise are the one with movable parts. And those are the mechanical HDD, Fans for out/intake, GPU Fan and CPU Fan.

Sounds like fan.

At first check, what are fan speeds when it occurs, then what are they after restart for comparison.
I had once noise caused by a loose fan clip, when the fan was too fast, it was causing rattling.

As above cables near a fan or just vibrating on the case, or a certain fan speed that resonates, could be the fan in the PSU?
