Troubleshooting Hi, does anyone knows which component might make this noise ?

Based on your description and the sound in the link, it does seem like a fan issue. It could be due to dust accumulation or fan bearings wearing out. Cleaning or replacing the fan should help.

At first check, what are fan speeds when it occurs, then what are they after restart for comparison.
I had once noise caused by a loose fan clip, when the fan was too fast, it was causing rattling.

As above cables near a fan or just vibrating on the case, or a certain fan speed that resonates, could be the fan in the PSU?
