Uninstalling Conduit bundle

Your very first step is.that I uninstall all Conduit-related programs. I began with "search protect.conduit". I began uninstall process,but nothing happened. Window msg said "please wait until current program finished uninstalling..." I waited 45 minutes!...stuck. What to do? I have new Dell laptop, Windows 7.
