This sounds a lot like Journey. The band used to be a Journey tribute band from around the New York/Boston area but I don't know if they still do the Journey thing. You are welcome @BryanB, I am glad that you enjoyed that song, and that it currently fits your mood.

Back in the day, I used to use Slow Like Honey as one of several custom songs that I used in the old The Sims video games, as music that played during the modes when you add items to your house & yard; I miss those days of playing the old The Sims games et cetera.

It fit very well in that role, and I used to listen to Tidal, the music album that this is from, a lot during my freshman year of high school after: my grandmother died, when I was dealing with the autoimmune disease vasculitis, and when I fell in love with one of my classmates (when I finally got the courage to share my feelings to her, they were not mutual unfortunately).

It helped, it fit the mood of those times, and helped me through them in a way, or at least helped me to survive them.
