None. I dont use third party cleaners, defraggers, registry cleaners, etc... now. I am fine with Windows inbuilt now.

I think such tools are not necessary & Windows inbuilt does the job fine.

Perfect Disk is the best I've seen, but for free Auslogics comes close. I've deployed it on hundreds of units, and using the command line via Task Scheduler is much faster than through the GUI. I like Defraggler's Disk Health function, but not the way it presents defragging. I won't use anything from IOBit. Its Smart Defrag's boot defrag broke my system twice, plus I don't trust the company at all.
