I just scanned the latest version at VirusTotal. It's detected by five scanners, but none of them detect it as being malicious. So it can be trusted.

@SumTingWong Thank you for the heads up. It's a false positive. Just tested it and it's being flagged by Defender, can't even download without disabling it. Sometimes that happens. I always test before each monthly release, as I did, but this time it only got flagged afterwards. Already reported the false positive.

It uninstalls AVs, so obviously it is marked as unsafe, the same way Defender disablers are, like my script on GitHub.

- Adjusted the Bitdefender uninstallers to match their official classification: "Latest Generation" and "2020 Generation".
- On Windows 10 and later, clicking "Open Windows Add/Remove Programs" now opens the "Apps & Features" settings page instead.

### Removed
- Removed the Winpatrol uninstaller.
- Removed the Bitdefender 2019 uninstaller.

If you have suggestions for other security programs to add, feel free to let me know (the requirement is that the manufacturer provides a publicly available dedicated uninstaller).
