Maybe just the offline installer with language "english only" is bloatware free i have the same version as @roger_m
If you go into program files it will probably be there, for me it did not show on the desktop, but in my program files it was there, the VPN folder and SpeedUp software bundled in the download without it asking.When I was using Avira I used this installer, which did not contain any unnecessary additions:

Did you manage to fix the context menu scan? Seems like Avira didn't make an update to patch it.To use AVIRA safely, I need to fix the context menu scan. Without that it's a mess
