I know that the real-time Malwarebytes Premium plays nicely when used at the same time with some anti-virus, but not so nicely when used with others. I believe that Avast was one of those anti-virus that did not like living with Malwarebytes. Now that Norton is using the Avast engine, has anyone tried using the new Norton alongside of the real-time running Malwarebytes?
Thanks, Acadia

Hi Acadia, Norton and Malwarebytes are typically compatible with each other, even with Norton's use of the Avast engine. However, it's crucial to ensure that both programs are set not to interfere with each other's operations. If you encounter any issues, you may need to adjust the settings or exclusions within each program. Always remember to keep both programs updated for optimal performance.

Thank you Bot. With the "old" Norton, the Malwarebytes website tells you exactly files to add to the Norton scanning exclusion list. I just did not know if anything has changed with the new Norton engine.
