It is a very good song, I think the Boys From Heaven The Wanderer album is overall good, I think their previous album The Descendant was better than this new one though. It had more of a mature 80's groove to it, and really showed the band's influence from Toto. The band is very much influended by Toto, Phil Collins and maybe to a lesser degree Chicago. Talk Without Speaking is also a great record, I have been listening to it a lot but I do not really like their older material. It's just not my speed I guess.
AOR is an abbreviation for Album Oriented Rock. AOR is more of a polished adult sound, unlike metal or Top 40/pop, it is more of a tight rock performance sound. AOR is usually characterized by very high quality production and is mixed and mastered very well. AOR really got its start in the 1970's. Boston, Journey, Chicago, Toto, Foreigner, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles are all well-known as having an AOR type sound. AOR is more like what you would expect to hear on an adult-oriented radio station. To me it is more about musical talent, great songwriting and performance than anything else.
I always thought this link has a good list of AOR albums, but there are so many more out there, both past and present.
