With K2020, and also in upcoming Patch E for K2019, You may change to classic K icon (In About window -> type SHIFT + IDDQD):
In Patch E for K2019 there is also a scope feature to change to classic "pig" sound when detecting malware, but I can't confirm in K2020:
I just tried this and it does not only change the tray icon but the desktop icon and the icons in the right button menu as well

I would really appreciate it if Kaspersky released the TR in English... it's the only version currently compatible with the next Windows release.

Kaspersky will either have to release 2020 before the April Windows update or release a patch f for 2019 to fix compatibility problems. Reminds me of the situation when Windows 10 was released.

In theory Patches E (2019), K(2018) and in beta Patch A (2020), will give support to the new W10 version...

I am running the release preview of Windows 10 and KTS 2019 E warned me it wasn't fully compatible although I didn't notice any module disabled.

Typing IDDQD in About window works for KFA 2019...and reverting back to the old icon too.

Sorry I wasnt very specifical about the "problem", it isnt the "ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE" bug, but the downgrade for TLS 1.2 when Kaspersky is installed and scanning HTTPS connections:
